We are aware that many users of Time to Touch-Type will be children. We therefore do not collect or store any personal data of our ‘users’. A limited amount of information is collected on the Account Holder (see below).
In line with this policy the usernames and passwords we generate for Time to Touch-Type are randomised. Deliberately, therefore, we do not and cannot link this username or password to any known individual (child or adult) apart from to the name of the Account Holder.

The only personal data we collect is related to the Account Holder. This is also kept to a minimum. When opening an account the only personal data we request is the first name and surname of the individual opening the account and an email address for that individual.

When a purchase is made through our website we share customer information with our payment engine partner Stripe which is PCI and DSS compliant. No payment details are stored on our own systems.
We use Stripe as our secure payment gateway. This means that we do not store or process credit card details on any of our own systems as Stripe process these payments on our behalf. Stripe adhere to the strictest levels of fraud screening to make sure that card details remain secure during the transaction.
In addition, we may automatically collect information about the devices a ‘user’ (who could be a child) uses to interact with our Websites and Services. The information we automatically collect may include IP address or device identifier and activity on the services, including the date and time of use and progression through the course. This information is de-identified and any usage information, device identifier, or other persistent identifier we collect is used for the sole purpose of providing support for the Websites and Services' internal operations.
We also use Google Analytics, a proprietary analytics tool, to gather non-personally identifiable information which is used to understand how the site is being used. This information includes the type of browser used, location data and the number of visits to each page.
